About Audienceview:
Audienceview is a global leader in software solutions for live events. They’re cloud based ticketing software powers thousands of venues helping them manage and promote live entertainment around the world. Today, they generate over 3 billion in revenue for their clients selling 110 million tickets annually on college campuses, broadway, and some of the biggest museums and music venues.
Challenge:
As a fast growing startup, Audienceview needed video content that could quickly and easily communicate its feature set to many different customers. A short form commercial would need to be versatile enough to run across multiple channels. Long form video content would need to deliver a lot of technical material while still being engaging to a broad audience.
Solutions:
Audienceview positions itself as the platform for events to be discovered, attended and remembered. Those three features provide an ideal canvas for communicating how the platform can help clients achieve their goals.
Commercial:
The main short form commercial was an animated video with energetic narration that condenses the best of the longform cut into a clear and concise package: The most powerful ticketing platform trusted by the best venues around the world.
Virtual Openhouse Video:
The longform video content combines interview style footage with a set of animated voice overs. The combination of interview and animated content helps to keep things engaging over a longer run time while still covering the full feature set including ticketing, fundraising, ecommerce, CRM, analytics, marketing, CMS and product configurations.
Each of those features were individually described to highlight benefits and use cases in detail. This format, along with the inclusion of key team members achieves what any great SaaS explainer video should do: build credibility and trust with the audience.

This series of versatile videos highlights how Software as a Service (SaaS) companies can leverage video content to help enable sales and accelerate leads through the buying process.
